Neal Schmitt I like where the background vocals are in this mix - present but not so much in the forefront. Not a big fan of the bass being panned wide but that's me. However, I like the piano panned wide and balanced with the background vocals. That creates a pretty wide mix. The lead vocal is sitting in a good spot too - in front of the music but not by too much. Just right You also did a good job of sliding in the violin. When the song kicks in, the high end is painful - Not sure what you listened to on playback but at a reasonable volume - that hurt.
