Neal Schmitt Very complicated to get this music to punch and shear someone's face off. Overall the balance is good. Vox are nasty and scary. I'd have to hear some reference material to determine if they are too loud but as it is, I'm ok with it. Double tracking the guitar would have helped quite a bit - when the doubled solo comes in - it sounds huge! That's perfect. The drums are a bit boxy sounding. The cymbals are good but a lot of low mid could be cut out of the snare and kick. The kick needs to be deep and tight and the snare explosive.

Skinner Sounds cool, I like the bass sound. It's not really fighting with the kick at all. I like the various percussion sounds you've used, really fills the space out. The panning helps with that too. I can definitely see where you feel like you're on a beach in this though. It's rockin.
