Overall, this is a v. nice, listenable mix. With some minor tweaking, it could be extremely solid.

why is the kick drum panned all the way to the left? In 99% of mixes, unless you're going for a Beatle vibe, the kick, snare, bass and vocal are panned straight up the middle. The panned kick is bit jarring. good reverb on the sidestick.

The background vocals are tucked in nice behind the lead vox [i[but the backvox effect was not an allowable parameter [/i]. The lead vox is almost always the loudest sound, so great job there.

good use of the stereo field - guitars panned side, background vox, etc.

the tambourine is on the off bea in the choruses - which is a little weird.

I dig the loud rhodes sound and some of the other sounds seem like they're in good spots.
