There are the right pieces, but the arrangement is off. The guitar parts, the pads - sound good. There are note issues. Write down the root chord form the guitar part and build from that - some of the parts are very random. this could be a very cool piece with some effort.

Nice use of the stereo field!
About halfway through, some of the sounds become less distinguisable.

I like this. Very mellow. The flang/phaser is an interesting vibe.
